Wished I'd checked this site before paying…
Wished Id check this site before paying for cover. Seemed too cheap to be true???? No communications once policy issued, no response to emails, no confidence they would provide service if needed but can't cancel. Today 19.7.2022 website not reachable??? and no FB page either. DONT RISK IT!!!

Claim processing is very slow. Avoid.
Had to make a claim on the insurance back in the beginning of April and the claim has not been processed yet.

They are owned by Rock Insurance whom are their customer services provider. They never answer any emails. They just want you to pay the premium and never deal with you again.

Strange to see so many negative reviews, my experience was totally opposite, although it was around 2y ago, I received 2k back very happy with the blue cover

Worst company ever auto renew bordering on fraudulent phone them and expect to be on hold over an hour try to cancel online and they don't recognize your policy number or details this is a well rehearsed con

Worst customer service ever
Had my may holiday cancelled 2020 due to COVID 19 so we booked for the same dates in may 2021, I contacted this useless company to ask them to just change the dates, all this was long before the first holiday dates. At first I had an email saying they would be in touch & should be ok. I then didn’t hear from them for months & when I did they could not transfer to any dates after April 2021. So I said fine could they then refund me my payment at this they offered me less than a quarter of the price back!! So I phoned to make a complaint & after holding on for almost 2 hours I was finally offered as a gesture of goodwill they said half my money back. Again I sad no I wanted full payment as none of this was down to any fault of mine. They then wrote & said they would not be changing the offer but I could go to the ombudsman which I did. Again after a long wait they said they have looked at it & was referring it back to the insurance company & since then nothing, not a word. I wouldn’t mind the 2 weeks cover cost £22 which will not break me or them, but on principle I want my full payment refunded but somehow I can’t see it happening.
I would hate to think if I had gone on holiday & needed to claim what would have happened. This must be the worst customer service I have ever had. AVOID AT ALL COST
Dubious insurer
Insured for trip to Australia which was cancelled due to covid 19 upon the direction of the prime minister. And Australia's prime banning all persons not Australian nationals. On my first contact
with said company they said that Corona virus was known about prior to my dates. They tried to ignore their responsibilities. However I do not give up easily. Continual emails and phone calls led them to offer me 50% refund. Not enough I replied. Referred to Insurance ombudsman.

Insurance claim for holiday.
I have been trying to make a claim with company since march 2020. I have emailed them numerous times and i get the same message back. I am taking this to the financial ombudsman.
Racketeers. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Basically a scammy/fraudulent company that opt you in to renewals without permission and then refuse to answer contacts. Renewals can only be removed through a link buried in their FAQs. Should be prosecuted

I would never use this company again because the service is unbelievably bad. I’ve been trying to change my travel dates but they don’t answer the phone because their dialling system to speak to the right department has been disconnected. I’ve emailed them several times but no one gets back to you. It’s a big con and they should be held to task. I will be contacting the ombudsman to complain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Booked holiday insurance through this…
Booked holiday insurance through this company and will never use again. My holiday was cancelled due to Covid 19, i contacted them to ask to move insurance to another date or a refund and was denied both requests.
Another money grabbing firm that does not think of its customers.

Fast claim settlement
After having to cancel trip to Australia due to family illness,Big Blue insurance have made up the penalty cost imposed.
Claim took 10 days, really impressed and will use again
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY DO NOT PAY OUT
Am insulted that I have to leave 1 star for a imbomidable insurance company whose policies aren’t worth the paper it’s written on. They refused to pay out for three flights cancelled by the airlines and nearly £3k out of pocket but the will pay out if it is delayed plus use COVID as an excuse not to pay out. Biggest load of tosh avoid, avoid, avoid.
